Privacy Policy
What Auptomize Partners collects, why, and how to get rid of it.

Who we are
Auptomize Partners is the controller of the information described here. You can reach a human at adam@auptomizepartners.com or on +353 1 263 0616.
What we collect
- What you type into a form. Your name, company, email, phone, what you do, and whatever you tell us about your bottleneck, revenue and ad spend. Every field is given by you, on purpose.
- What you send us. Emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes.
- Standard server logs. Our host records IP address and browser for security and uptime, as every web server does.
We do not buy lists, scrape your details, or build a profile on you from third-party data.
Our lawful basis
- Your request. When you fill in a form asking for a Growth Audit, we use your details to prepare and run it. That is us taking steps at your request before a contract.
- Legitimate interest. Replying to an enquiry, and keeping a record of who we have spoken to, so we do not pitch you twice.
- Legal obligation. Accounting and tax records, which we have to keep.
Who else touches it
Only the suppliers we need to run our own business. Each is bound by contract to process it only on our instructions:
- HighLevel, our CRM, which stores enquiries
- Netlify, which hosts this website
- Google Workspace, our email
- Calendly, if you book a call
Some of these are based in Ireland. Transfers there are covered by the EU and UK Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell your data, and we do not resell enquiries. Your details are never passed to another contractor, another agency, or a lead broker. That is a commercial promise as much as a legal one: a lead you give us is yours.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become clients: 24 months, then deleted.
- Clients: for the engagement, then 7 years for accounting records.
- Server logs: 30 days.
Your rights over your information
You can ask us to do any of the following, at any time, for no charge:
- Send you a copy of everything we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Stop using it for marketing
- Send it to you, or to another provider, in a portable format
Email adam@auptomizepartners.com and we will act within 30 days. We will not ask you why, and asking costs you nothing with us.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracker on any page. The only thing we store in your browser is a single flag that remembers you have already seen the audit prompt, so it does not reappear on every page. It is held in session storage, never sent to us, and disappears the moment you close the tab.
That is why you have not been shown a cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.
If you are not happy with how we handled it
Come to us first at adam@auptomizepartners.com. If we do not put it right, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission, who regulate data protection in Ireland.
Changes
If we change this policy we change the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden what we do with information already given to us under an older version.
